WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRODUCT PRICING IN?

The product pricing are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card, debit card and paypal.

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

While we try to ship to all countries, our national post (Singpost) and DHL express might restrict the countries that they can ship to. In the event that we are unable to ship to your address after you have made a purchase, we will notify you via email and refund accordingly.

WHY ARE THERE TWO DIFFERENT FLAT RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

In order for our customers to save money on shipping, we have decided to give 2 different tiers of flat rate shipping. Orders that can be shipped within a smaller package will have a flat rate shipping of S$15, while orders that need to be in larger packaging will have a flat rate shipping of S$25.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

For Singapore orders:

Small packages and orders below S$50 will be shipped via Smartpac or registered mail. We will provide the tracking details once we have the orders shipped out. After receiving the tracking details, do allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive in your letterbox.

Larger packages and orders S$50 and over will be shipped via Qdelivery. Items will be delivered to your doorstep, so please make sure someone is available to collect the package. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order is shipped. After receiving the tracking details, Do allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive.

For orders that include original artworks, the delivery will be handled by us.

If you have not received your package after 21 business days (including processing time to print the fine art prints and pack your order), please do contact us!

For international orders:

All orders with flat shipping will be shipped out via Singpost registered mail. Due to the current Covid-19 situation globally, please expect an extended delay in shipping and delivery. Do note that it might take up to a couple or so months for packages to be delivered to some countries.

If you have not received your package after 3 months, please do contact us!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY?

If the items (excluding original works) come damaged during shipment, we will resend the items that are still in stock. Items that have become out of stock will be refunded. Please take a photo of the damaged package and items and email it to me at christinerbay@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.
