Part of a 3-zine series which features my older artworks that were done mainly in inks and watercolors, “Black is the New Rainbow” is a collection of 5 works which are slightly darker in both colors and tones. But while things seem bleak, there is still hope out there waiting for us to find.
The artworks are:
I am my Own Black Hole
Black is the New Rainbow
The Twirling Black Tulip
Celestial Mermaid, The Stargazer
Nature Obliviator
Each zine was hand-made by yours truly. The cover, which was printed on recycled paper, features a repeated pattern based on elements from these older artworks. The individual square prints were then hand-adhered to the clear sheets.
Zines are numbered and signed.
